Executive Summary:
In this test drive, we set out to compare how well search vendors on our watch list are supporting customers who are seeking information about their products. We chose a simple question and then charted our search and navigation experience in finding answers at Web sites of four enterprise search vendors: FAST, Google, IBM, and Oracle.
